homeboy funding

Thus far, "Homeboy" has been self-funded, with the additional support of several private gifts.

To further the completion of the project, we are currently seeking substantial funding to cover ongoing research and development, equipment and production costs, including video cameras, tape and film stock, processing, title design, transfer, cinematography, graphics, editing, sound mixing and possibly tape to film transfer.

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS:

"Homeboy" has been accepted into the Fiscal Sponsorship Program of the International Documentary Association . The IDA is the only organization in the U.S. devoted exclusively to supporting non-fiction film and video and promoting documentary media as an art form.

Participation in this program provides "Homeboy" with non-profit [501(c)(3)] status. The International Documentary Association will administer any funds received in support of the film. Your donations to the IDA to support "Homeboy" are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by the law. Contributions of any size make a significant impact in facilitating the production and completion of the film.
